Where are you based?

We are based in a small village called Cheslyn Hay, near Cannock. Once you place an order for collection you will receive our full address. This is due to privacy as we are a home based bakery.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order through the website by adding the item to your shopping cart and checking out. We do not take any orders through social media however we will reply to your requests. Additionally, orders can be made through email and phone, however these are usually for bespoke custom orders which are orders specifically desired for a event, person or special occasion.

I want a bespoke order, can I contact you?

You can speak to us through the website on the contact section. You can also message us through social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response, please refrain from sending multiple requests on a single social platform.

Do you cater for gluten free, diary free and vegan?

We do cater for Gluten free, Dairy free and Vegan. We have carefully curated certain items to cater to various dietary requirements. We are also trained in Food Allergen Awareness as an extra precaution. Please note all products are made in the same kitchen, this mean cross contamination is aways a factor to be considered. However we do everything possible to ensure that this risk is as low as possible. If you do have an allergy or an intolerance please message us before hand and please note that you are ordering at your own risk.

How much does everything cost?

Each item we sell is individually priced and can be seen on the shop section of the website located at the top of the page. Prices may vary from item to item and bespoke orders are priced individually.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days with next day delivery. This means you should receive your order within 3-5 business days from placing your order. You will also receive a dispatch email once your parcel has been shipped. Please note each order is made on request, so this means your order could take longer than usual to dispatch due to demand. However we will get your order shipped to you as quickly as possible.

How much is delivery?

Delivery charges apply on all items that are shipped. The price is based on a first class service and costs £3.99.

Where do you ship to?

Currently we ship to the UK only.

When can I collect my order?

Once you have placed your order it will be ready to collect within an allocated time slot that has been arranged by the customer or given by Bakery One & Co. Usually orders made for collection are ready within 3-5 working days.
