1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions will govern the sale and purchase of products through our website.
1.2 It is required that you give your agreement to these terms and conditions before you place an order on our website, so please read carefully.
1.3 This document will not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (such as rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

4.1 We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect from when they are posted on the website, and it is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions on each occasion that you use this website. Your repeat use of the website clarifies your acceptance to the latest Terms and Conditions.
4.2 The contract between us shall be governed by the Laws of the United Kingdom and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
4.3 When you place an order we collect certain personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, email address). This personal information is not held for any other reason and for details on how we use your information, please read our Privacy Policy, located at the bottom of the page.
5. Orders
5.1 All orders must be placed through the website, over the phone or through the email provided in the contact section of this document. Every order placed will be subject to these terms and conditions.
5.2 Acceptance of order and completion of the contract is made once the order is confirmed by us through email and payments must be made in full at the point of purchase.
5.3 We do reserve the right to not accept any order due to the following:
5.3.1 The payment has not been authorised
5.3.2 There has been an error and the product is out of stock
5.3.3 There has been an error in the pricing or description that has been uploaded
5.3.4 There has been a technical difficulty that can not be helped
5.3.5 There has been an unexpected limit on our resources
5.3.6 We are not able to meet the specified deadline you require
5.4 Please note all of our products are subject to availability, in the event we can not fulfil your order we will notify you as soon as possible.
5.5 We will dedicate an order number to your specific order and you will receive this only when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us regarding your order.
5.6 Once the order has been dispatched we will send you a dispatch confirmation via email.
5.7 Products may vary slightly from their pictures: All our products are freshly baked and crafted by hand. As each item is as individual slight variations from the original website image may occur. The images of all products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly to the images.
5.8 Now and again the product specification may change. If this does happen, we will do our best to contact you to offer you a substitute item of the same or better quality, at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement item offered to you we will refund the order value.
6. Refunds and returns
6.1 If for any reason you are not happy with your cake order, please contact us immediately by email to Bakery.One@hotmail.com. We may request that you return the product to us for quality inspection or provide photographic evidence within 24 hours from receipt of the order. If the product is faulty or not as described we will either correct the mistake or provide a replacement prior to your specified date. If this is not possible we will offer some or all of your money back.
7. Delivery and Collection
7.1 Please make sure the delivery address and postcode correct as we take no responsibility for goods being undelivered due to incorrect address details.
7.2 Delivery times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee any delivery at any specific date or time. We currently use Royal Mail to ship all orders.
7.3 It is your responsibility that someone is in to take the delivery at the address specified.
7.4 All orders that are made for collection will be stated at the point of order. Once the order is confirmed you will receive an email with the full address and a collection date and time.

8. Payment and prices
8.1 All prices are in GBP and do not include delivery charges. This is an additional charge at the checkout.
8.2 All payments must be made at the point of order.
8.3 We accept payments through Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express and Apple Pay.
8.4 We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
8.5 The price you will be charged is the price stated on the website at the time we receive your order. If for any reason that an incorrect price has been given, we will contact you as soon as possible to see if you would like to go ahead with your order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we fail to get in contact with you we will cancel the order.
9. Cancellations
9.1 You can always cancel your order with us. Your rights when you cancel your order will depend on what you have bought.
9.2 When consumers do not have a right to change their minds. Your right as a consumer to change your mind does not apply in respect of perishable items or items that reduce in value once handled. This includes any food products, including cakes and tray bakes.
9.3 However we will offer a goodwill gesture cancellation on certain situations if the conditions are met.
9.4 If you wish to cancel your order you must give us the following minimum notice to qualify for a credit or refund. The notice period is 48 hours for all orders.
9.5 Once your order has been confirmed you do not have the right to change your mind, as the order will be in the making process, ready for postal/collection.
